General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It looks like you are dehydrated & tired. Sometimes, when there is fatigue & you are not able to rest adequately your body may present with such symptoms.

You are suggested to take ORS, soups & juices along with water to maintain the electrolyte level of the body. If Na, K depletion take place, there may be a worsening of the symptoms.

Take nourishing food rich in protein or poultry products. Add berries, fruits & veggies in your diet.

For a headache, you can take Ibuprofen or Acetaminophen. To stop nausea you can take antiemetics.

Since you feel dizzy you need rest. If the medications do not work & you feel sick, visit ER, you may need intravenous support & immediate medical care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
